Dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove top range/oven, microwave, stairwell to upstairs bedroom. Also provided: starter supply of coffee pods/coffee, sugar, creamer, salt/pepper, oil and dishwasher pods.
INDOOR LIVING: 43” Smart Roku TV, 1 sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, large island with bar stools, mini-split system with remote, outside access to patio/deck.
BATHROOM 1: Full bathroom (Shower), basic toiletries
OUTDOOR PATIO: outdoor table/chairs and hammock.
BEDROOM: 4 - twin beds (custom built-in bunk-beds), mini-split system with remote, outdoor access to private patio.
PARKING: Gravel driveway with parking space for up to 4 vehicles outside the garage.
