INDOOR LIVING: 70” Smart Roku TV, 1 sleeper sofa, dining table, 2 closets, ceiling fan, electric fireplace, mini-split system with remote. There is outside access to the patio/firepit area and a stairwell to the upstairs bedrooms.
LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are in the closet, and there is a starter supply of laundry pods
KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen includes dishware, flatware, pots, pans, bakeware, glassware, and cooking utensils. Appliances include a Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, griddle, hand mixer, toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, glass-top range, and microwave. Also provided is a starter supply of coffee pods, sugar, creamer, tea, salt/pepper, oil, and dishwasher pods.
Dining: table/chairs, outside access to patio/deck.
